This is extremely delicious and easy to make. Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups sugar |
1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup butter, softened |
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream |
3 (12 ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, mix sugar with evaporated milk. 2. Stir well to dissolve sugar. 3. Bring to a rolling boil for 7 to 8 minutes. 4. In a large bowl, cream butter and marshmallow cream until fluffy. 5. Stir in chocolate chips. 6. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture. 7. When chocolate is melted, add vanilla and nuts. 8. Blend well. 9. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. 10. Chill. 11. Cut into squares before becoming firm. 12. Caution: This makes a LOT of fudge! |
