1. Cream together butter or margarine and sugar. 2. Add sifted dry ingredients and blend with fingers or a pastry blender. 3. Add water to make a stiff dough. 4. Divide into thirds. 5. Roll out one portion and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 6. Roll lightly to press seeds into dough and cut into shapes. 7. Do the same with the poppy and caraway seeds. 8. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
