Ingredients:
1 or 2 (8inch) boboli pizza crusts or, 2 (6inch) pita breads or, 2 (10 to 12inch) burrito size tortillas |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1 cup cooked mushrooms |
1/4 to 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled or shredded cheese like mozzarella, goat, ricotta or extra sharp cheddar |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. |
