the too moist kind I made on a second attempt at a low-cal bran muffin. Ingredients:
3/4 cup wheat bran |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 banana, mashed |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup soy milk |
1/2 cup applesauce, lite |
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
