Sechwan Green Beans

No one will complain about their veggies tonight.
Ingredients:
one pound-ish fresh green beans
five cloves of garlic, pressed
2 inch peice of ginger, crushed (i usually put the garlic and ginger in my mini food-processer together)
equal parts (about 2 tbs or more depending how much sauce you want): red wine vinegar, olive oil, dark soy sauce.
small palmfull - chile flakes
small palmfull - sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Tip and Tail beans
2. Prepare ginger and garlic
3. Place vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil in pan and heat
4. When bubbling, toss in chile flakes and green beans.
5. Cook only about 5 minutes or until beans are bright green, tossing continually. IMPORTANT to NOT overcook!
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
7. Serve!
8. Leftover juice is great on rice, or to dip your meat into.
