3/4 pound cooked ground turkey breast, net from 1 pound fresh |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup red onion, minced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup minced parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil. 3. Broil 6 from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked. |
