2 small onions, finely chopped |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. in a slikket, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. 2. drain. 3. add water and seasonings. 4. bring to a boil. 5. reduce heat. 6. simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until the water is absorbed. |
