Seasoned Skin On Mashed Potatoes

I am a potato FREAK! I love them all ways-but this is my favorite!
Ingredients:
8-10 large idaho baking potatoes
buttermilk
2 t.french onion flavored sour cream
butter
salt
dash dill weed
Directions:
1. Do not peel potatoes,but slice into medium sized chunks.
2. Boil in salted water until tender (approx 30 minutes)
3. Drain.
4. Add a small amount of butter and dillweed.
5. Add sour cream and beat until slightly lumpy.
6. Add buttermilk to make creamy and beat until fluffy.
7. YUM!!!
