Delicious. Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons thyme |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Wash and quarter potatoes. Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes. 3. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss with butter. 4. Bake in oven 20 minutes. 5. Toss potatoes with thyme. 6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve. |
