I haven't tried it yet but it sounds very easy and yummy! Ingredients:
1 boneless pork loin roast (2-3 lbs) |
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning mix |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup italian salad dressing |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
8 sandwich buns, split |
Directions:
1. Cut roast in half; place in 5qt slow cooker. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning and garlic powder. Pour salad dressing and Worcestershire over meat. 2. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until tender. 3. Remove roast; shred meat with two forks. Return to cooking juices and heat through. 4. Using slotted spoon serve on split rolls. |
