Notes: Look for Asian fish sauce and chili paste in a well-stocked supermarket or an Asian grocery store. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons asian fish sauce (nuoc mam or nam pla) |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/4 teaspoon asian red chili paste or hot chili flakes |
Directions:
1. Stir together 1/4 cup water, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili paste. 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
