Seasoned Chicken With Fruit |

Here is something my DS and I threw together last week, Absolutely delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
3 whole peaches, mashed |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 whole chicken (cut into bite size pieces) |
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Mix all the ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl. 3. Dip chicken pieces in the sauce and place in slow cooker. 4. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. 5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender, but not dry. |
