Ingredients:
2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 (0.4-ounce) envelope buttermilk ranch dressing mix |
6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Stir first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter; dredge in cornflake mixture. Place in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. 2. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. |
