From Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag, large size. See recipe for cook time. Ingredients:
1 reynolds hot bags foil bags, large size |
6 cups broccoli florets |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Open foil bag and arrange vegetables in foil bag in an even layer; sprinkle with seasonings. 3. Drizzle water over vegetables. 4. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. 5. Place foil bag in an 1-inch deep pan. 6. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven. 7. GRILL 8 to 10 minutes on medium-high in covered grill 8. OR BAKE 20 to 25 minutes in supporting pan in oven. 9. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. 10. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. 11. Makes 6 servings. |
