Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges |

I made these for our New Year's dinner with pork chops and green beans. Everyone loved them! Ingredients:
6 red potatoes, cut into wedges |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Mix onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and garlic salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat evenly. 3. Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. |
