Seashells' Salmon Pasta Salad |

My mother always make this on summer days. We all LOVES it. Ingredients:
1/2 lb small shell pasta |
1/2 lb canned red salmon, drained and flaked |
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped |
2/3 cup celery, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
3/4 cup fat-free honey-dijon salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as direction, rinse in cold water and drain well. 2. Mix pasta, salmon and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss gentle. 4. Chill 2 hours. |
