Seashells' Killer Pot Roast |

One of my favorite roasts, it is a KILLER! Ingredients:
1 (3 -5 lb) rump roast, of your choice |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut any fat from meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Place in crock-pot. 3. Pour in cream of chicken soup and Lipton soup mix. 4. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours. |
