Seashells' Dutch Pot or Crock Pot Cheese Meatball Soup |

One of my all time favorites everyone raves over it. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
2 cups water |
1 cup corn |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 cup potato, chopped 1/2-inch inch |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup carrot, sliced |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) jar cheez whiz (add after soup is cooked) |
Directions:
1. Mix and shape first 5 ingredients into small balls. 2. Mix water, vegetables, seasonings in large Dutch oven pot. 3. Add meatballs. 4. Stir gently. 5. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low until veggies are done, about 2 hours. 6. Before serving, add cheez whiz and stir gently. 7. May also cook in Crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours. 8. Enjoy! |
