Seashells' Carrot Casserole

Quick, Easy and Cheesy, goes great with any meal.
Ingredients:
6 cups carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup velveeta cheese
crushed potato chip
Directions:
1. Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
2. Drain and place in casserole.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Cover with crushed potato chips.
5. Bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tenter.
