This dish is a hit at a potluck or party. Ingredients:
1 pig seashell macaroni |
1 cucumber, sliced |
1 can pitted olives (any size) |
1 jar artichoke hearts |
2-3 tomatoes (cut up) or use cherry tomatoes |
1 green bell pepper (sliced in rings or strips) |
1 red bell pepper (sliced in rings or strips) |
1 can (or jar) baby corn on the cob |
1 avocado (sliced) |
1 8oz or larger package of feta or blue cheese |
1 to 1 1/2 lbs shrimp with no tail |
1 – 2 cups broccoli crowns (cut up) |
creaser, italian, or dressing of choice |
Directions:
1. Boil macaroni, drain and cool. Wash and prepare other ingredients, toss carefully with pasta, add dressing and chill 2-3 hours. Serve in a bowl or it looks nice on a bed of lettuce. |
