Seasame Sauteed Greens Ingredients:
6 cups kale, trimmed and chopped |
1 tsp vegetable oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 large onion, sliced |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 tsp sesame oil |
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Bring 1 cup water to boil in a Dutch oven. 2. Add kale. Cover and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and cook until water evaporates, about 3 minutes. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion and cayenne 1 minute. Add kale. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. 5. Transfer kale mixture to bowl. Toss with sesame oil. Garnish with seasme seeds. |
