Just the veggies from the Seared Salmon Teriaki Recipe Ingredients:
1 tbs vegetable oil |
2 zucchini (12 oz), cut into strips |
2 yellow squash (12 oz), cut into strips |
1 tbs butter |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1 tbs sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Heat wok over high heat until hot. 2. Add 1 tablespoon oil; heat 30 seconds. 3. Add zucchini, yellow squash and butter. 4. Cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. 5. Sprinkle squash mixture with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving platter. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
