Say that five times fast! This is something that my friend and I threw together one night. Seeing as this was a throw together of whatever was in my fridge, (and freezer) add whatever you think would compliment the dish, and let me know how it turns out! Bon apetit! Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) bag of frozen bay scallops |
3 tablespoons salted butter |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 chopped fresh garlic clove |
3 tablespoons 6% cream |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1 cup dried spaghetti |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti. Cook until desired tenderness. Drain and set aside. 2. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes). Add scallops and sear. 3. Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, toss with pasta, and Enjoy! |
