Seared Macadamia Crusted Tuna |

Ingredients:
2 pound sushi-grade tuna |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
1 egg white, beaten |
1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped |
1 to 2 tablespoons canola oil |
Directions:
1. Cut tuna into 6 blocks. Salt and pepper all sides of the fish. Roll in the egg white and then into the nuts. Sear in a lightly oiled cast iron pan to desired doneness. |
