2 teaspoons herbs de provence |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
4 (6-ounce) sushi-grade tuna steaks (about 1/2 inch thick) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
4 lemon wedges |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with herb mixture. 2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fish; cook 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Garnish with lemon wedges. 3. Serve with: Niçoise Salad |
