Seared Chicken With Asparagus and Cashews |

chicken wirh asparapus Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sesame oil, toasted |
1 1/4 lbs asparagus, cut into one inch pieces |
1 lb chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces |
3 scallions |
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon oyster sauce |
1/4 cup cashews, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. heat oil in a wok of large skillet over high. Add asparagus and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. 2. Add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cook trough. 3. stir the scallions, ginger, and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the cashews and serve immediately. |
