3/4 lb ahi |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon wasabi paste |
1/4 teaspoon hichimi japanese 7-powder seasoning |
oil |
daikon radish, shredded |
carrot, shredded |
cucumber, sliced |
Directions:
1. Cut fish into 8 x 1 1/2 x 3/4-inch rectangular pieces. 2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi, and hichimi. 3. Add fish and marinate for 5 minutes. 4. Heat a skillet over high heat; brush lightly with oil. 5. Sear fish for 4 seconds on each side. 6. Slice and place on bed of shredded vegetables. 7. Serve immediately. |
