Makes 2, but multiply if needed, Easy and impressive appetizer.
Ingredients:
2 oz shrimp
2 oz scallops
2 oz salmon
1/2 oz green pepper chopped
1/2 oz red peppper chopped
zest from a lemon
2 oz cream cheese
1 tbs heavy cream
1/2 bunch basil
1/4 bunch tarragon
1/4 bunch dill
2 squares of puff pastry sheets
garlic to taste
egg for egg wash of pastry ( mix egg with a bit of water )
Directions:
1. Chop all seafood and mix in with chopped peppers and chopped herbs,
2. Divide mixrure on the 2 pasty squares.
3. Egg wash edges and fold into a triangle.
4. Press edges together with tines of fork.
5. Brush egg wash over pastry
6. Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden
