Makes 2, but multiply if needed, Easy and impressive appetizer. Ingredients:
2 oz shrimp |
2 oz scallops |
2 oz salmon |
1/2 oz green pepper chopped |
1/2 oz red peppper chopped |
zest from a lemon |
2 oz cream cheese |
1 tbs heavy cream |
1/2 bunch basil |
1/4 bunch tarragon |
1/4 bunch dill |
2 squares of puff pastry sheets |
garlic to taste |
egg for egg wash of pastry ( mix egg with a bit of water ) |
Directions:
1. Chop all seafood and mix in with chopped peppers and chopped herbs, 2. Divide mixrure on the 2 pasty squares. 3. Egg wash edges and fold into a triangle. 4. Press edges together with tines of fork. 5. Brush egg wash over pastry 6. Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden |
