Good seafood salad from a friend. Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta, whatever shape you like |
2 green onions, chopped |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1/2 of a small red pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles |
1/4 cup parsley flakes |
small package cooked salad shrimp, chopped |
1 pound imitation crab meat, chopped |
1/2 cup creamy french salad dressing |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta or noodles according to package directions, 2. Drain, cool. 3. Combine with rest of ingredients. 4. Chill several hours or overnight in refrigerator. |
