Ingredients:
200 g fresh prawns |
100 g mussels |
100 g squid, fresh |
60 g arborio rice |
10 g fresh shallots, chopped |
40 ml oil |
20 g butter |
2 g garlic, chopped |
1/16 g saffron |
30 g parmesan cheese |
20 g butter |
75 ml white wine |
Directions:
1. Saute the seafood in oil. 2. Add chopped shallots and chopped garlic. 3. Then add the rice and cook for a while. 4. Next add the white wine and saffron. 5. Cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add the butter and keep stirring for a while. 7. Add the parmesan cheese and dish out in a plate. |
