Have to love seafood to like this & we do! Substitute any of the seafood you would like. Lobster is optional.Coastal Carolina Cooking 1958- Myrtle Beach, SC Ingredients:
1 pint oyster |
1 lb crabmeat, picked clean |
1/2 lb shrimp, cooked |
6 lobster tails, cooked, cut in chunks |
1 quart milk |
1 egg |
1/4 lb butter |
oyster crackers |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place a layer of oysters in bottom of a greased casserole. 2. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, then slivers of butter and oyster crackers. 3. Continue with layer of shrimp, crab meat and lobster. 4. Beat egg with milk and pour over all. 5. Top with oyster crackers. 6. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. |
