160 g fresh chopped tomato |
7 oz tomato, canned |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
40 g onion, chopped |
100 g green bell pepper |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
70 g mushrooms, chopped |
150 g shrimp, cooked |
150 g seafood mix, frozen |
250 g spaghetti |
Directions:
1. chop all vegetables 2. add to heated pot 3. add in canned tomato 4. cook on medium heat for 10 mins 5. add seasoning 6. add mixed seafood 7. cook on low heat for 10 mins 8. meanwhile cook pasta according to carton instructions 9. Drain 10. Transfer pasta to dish, Spoon seafood sauce over pasta 11. Sprinke with fresh chopped basil 12. Enjoy |
