I got this from a friend at work about 20 years ago and I make it at least once a month...This is to die for.... Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 -8 oz.pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese |
1 egg, beaten |
2 teaspoons basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 -10 oz.cans cream of mushroom soup |
1/3 cup evaporated milk |
1/3 cup white wine (or white grape juice) |
1 -5 oz.can crab |
2 (5 ounce) cans shrimp |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. cook noodles , drain and set aside. 2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan.set aside. 3. Cook onions in a lightly sprayed frying pan for approximately 2 minutes. 4. add cream cheese, cottage cheese,egg, basil, salt and pepper.set this mixture aside - 5. In another bowl mix soup,milk,wine,shrimp and crab. 6. To assemble:. 7. place 3 noodles in the prepared pan. 8. spread 1/2 of the onion mixture over top. 9. spread 1/2 of the soup and seafood mixture over the onion mix. 10. repeat with 3 noodles,,onions and soup with seafood. 11. top with remaining 3 noodles.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 12. Top with cheddar and mozerella cheeses and put under broiler for 5-10 minutes. |
