seafood crepes |
85 gm flour |
250 ml milk |
1 pcs. egg |
15 gm butter |
1 tesp. sugar |
seafood crepes filling |
300 gm clean shrimp |
60 gm butter |
4 pces. spring onion ( green – white ) |
1 tesp. cajun spices |
1/2 tesp. sweet paprika |
1 pcs. large chopped tomato |
125 ml. white wine |
170 gm fish |
125 ml fresh cream |
1 tbsp. flour |
2 tbsp. cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Seafood crepe dough 2. Mix all ingrediance well and keep it for one hours 3. Seafood crepes filling 4. Melt the butter and cook the white onion for 2 minuets 5. Add Cajun and paprika spices, tomato. Cook for 4 minuets 6. Add white wine and cook until become thick 7. Add shrimp and fish and cook for 3 minuets 8. Mix flour and cream and put on a mixture of fish and shrimp 9. Until boiling . Add green onion |
