A quick meal for 1 or a great appetizer plan Ingredients:
3/4 cup deli seafood crab |
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery |
1 tbsp. finely chopped red bell pepper |
1 green onion, sliced |
dash of ground red pepper or cayenne |
1 whole grain or sun dried tomato flat bread wrap |
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well 2. Spread wrap evenly with crab salad mix, 3. Starting with long side wrap, roll firmly to enclose filling. 4. Cut into 12 (1/4-inch) slices. |
