Pile this on a plate, add a salad and a slice of crusty bread-now you're cookin'! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
2 lbs sea scallops, cut in half |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in lg skillet. 2. Add next 6 ingredients. 3. Shake scallops, a few at a time in a bag with the flour. 4. Add scallops to pan, saute for 5 minutes. 5. Add last 4 ingredients; heat through. |
