Sea Scallop Saute'

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 lbs sea scallops, cut in half
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Melt butter in lg skillet.
2. Add next 6 ingredients.
3. Shake scallops, a few at a time in a bag with the flour.
4. Add scallops to pan, saute for 5 minutes.
5. Add last 4 ingredients; heat through.
