Scrumptious Vegetable Chili

Really easy, makes a lot, freezes well and tastes good.
Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped (i use 2 16 ounce bags frozen birdseye pepper stir fry instead)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce, i use tabasco
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1 1/2 tablespoons oregano, in my house this is optional
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans, undrained
1 (19 ounce) can black beans, undrained
1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot.
2. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
