Ingredients:
2 cup(s) angel hair pasta, cooked |
2 cup(s) fresh baby spinach, cleaned |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped |
1 fresh red pepper, julienne |
4 tablespoon(s) giant eagle olive oil garlic spread |
1/2 pound(s) medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined |
2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/3 cup(s) white wine (chardonnay) |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt olive oil garlic spread over medium heat. Add red peppers and saut for 3 minutes, until softened. 2. Then add the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the white wine to deglaze the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Finally, add cooked angel hair pasta, spinach, and parsley. Toss gently and heat through. Serve topped with grated Parmesan. |
