delicious scrambled tofu for breakfast Ingredients:
3 ounces tofu |
1/4 clove garlic |
1/4 tablespoons olive oil |
1 pinch of salt |
1/16 cup sliced chives |
1/4 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Drain the tofu and crumble it, using clean hands. 2. Sauté the garlic with the olive oil in a medium sauté pan on medium heat, for about 2 minutes. 3. Stir in the crumbled tofu first, then add salt, pepper, chives and soy sauce. 4. Cook the tofu for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally. |
