Quick and easy to make yet full of flavor. Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon donnie’s cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent) (recipe on my recipe page) |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Place the ground chuck, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mix in a large pan. 2. Cook over medium heat. 3. Stir frequently until beef is brown (trying to leave meat in marble size chunks). 4. Drain off the excess fat and grease. 5. Serve and Enjoy. |
