Scrambled Eggs with Chicken

Good Breakfast with alot of Protein.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. chicken strips, precooked like tyson
2 large fresh egg whites
1 tbsp. 2% milk
1 dash of pepper
1/8 cup of shredded cheese
1 tbsp. salsa, omit for sugar free
Directions:
1. Put olive oil in pan with med/low flame.
2. Cut chicken into smaller pieces and put in hot oil.
3. Wisk with a fork, egg whites, milk, and pepper.
4. Put in pan and scramble with spatula until whites are done.
5. Top with Cheese and Salsa. Can serve with toast
