Easy, cheesy, tomatoey impressive and downright good. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 large eggs |
2 ounces blue cheese |
1 ripe tomato |
1 teaspoon milk |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Crumble cheese then finely chop tomato and whisk or beat all ingredients together thoroughly. 2. Cook in microwave but for only 2 minutes at a time making sure to stop and stir well each time. 3. Continue cooking until you reach desired texture. |
