Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) chopped black olives |
4 eggs |
1 pinch(s) pepper |
1 pinch(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) stone ground mustard |
1 slice(s) yellow american cheese |
Directions:
1. Scramble the eggs. Add the salt and pepper and cook over low heat until it starts to firm but is still moist and a bit runny. Stir the mustard in. Add the cheese and stir until it melts. Add the olives, stir and serve. |
