Everyone should learn how to scramble eggs :P Ingredients:
4 large eggs |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon water (optional) |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Break the eggs into a medium mixing bowl, add a little salt and pepper, and beat with a fork until just blended. 2. Beat in the water, if using. 3. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. 4. Melt the butter in the skillet, swirling the pan to coat evenly. 5. Pour in the eggs, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until the eggs are just set, 2 to 4 minutes. Don't overcook. 6. Serve hot. |
