Easy and yummy low carb, low fat breakfast. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cheddar |
1 cup baby spinach |
1 cup egg whites |
1 olive oil spray |
Directions:
1. Spray pan with olive oil and heat at medium-high. 2. Pour egg whites into pan and add cheese immediately - do not stir yet. 3. Lower heat to medium when the egg whites start becoming opaque. 4. Now, stir constantly until fully cooked. 5. Turn heat to medium low and stir in spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. 6. Serve hot. |
