3 oz pork sausage |
2 eggs |
4 egg whites |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Fry pork sausage links. Reserve half a link for each muffin cup. Dice before adding. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and divide into 6 (Pam sprayed) muffin cups. Add diced sausage. 3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until eggs are fluffy. 4. Top with your choice of cheese, if desired. |
