Breakfast muffins Ingredients:
1/4 lb. pork sausage |
6 eggs |
1/4 cup onions, chopped |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in sausage and cheese. Divide evenly into 6-muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
