Scrambled eggs with bacon, cheese, and veggies. Ingredients:
6 eggs, scrambled |
6 slices bacon, crumbled |
1/2 large onion |
1/2 large green pepper |
1/2 large red pepper |
1 cup shredded cheddar and colby cheese |
Directions:
1. Slice and cook bacon. Drain most of the bacon grease, then saute veggies in bacon grease. Add scrambled eggs and continue to cook until almost done, then add most of the cheese. Serve with remainder of cheese sprinkled on top of each serving. Serve with toast. |
