This is the perfect Breakfast, Brunch or Dinner. Not only does it taste good, it's pretty too. Ingredients:
2 eggs (scrambled in a bowl. i add salt, pepper, garlic powder & dill with a tad of milk) |
pat of butter |
6-10 cherry tomatoes |
olive oil |
sea salt |
garlic powder |
dill weed |
coarse black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the bit of Butter into skillet & get it hot without burning. 2. Dump in Scrambled Eggs & let it cook a little before you move the cooked Eggs around. 3. Wash the Cherry Tomatoes & set aside. 4. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate & set aside. 5. I do a quick rinse on the Egg pan before I put it back on the heat & put 6. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil into pan & Heat. 7. Stand back from pan if the Tomatoes are wet as this will make Hot Oil Mad. 8. When Cherry Tomatoes are in the pan, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt. 9. Using pan handle, make Tomatoes roll around in pan to heat. 10. I cook mine for 2 minutes, shaking pan often. 11. The Tomatoes skin puffs up on some sides & that's good. 12. LET THE TOMATOES COOL FOR 1 OR 2 MiNUTES BEFORE YOU POP THEM IN MOUTH 13. I want you to enjoy this, not burn your mouth because you ate Tomato Napalm. 14. I forgot to take a picture this afternoon. |
