A very simple, surprisingly tasty meal served with toast. A real rib sticker. Ingredients:
1/2 lb bacon, chopped, fried and drained |
6 eggs |
1 cup creamed corn |
Directions:
1. Best done all in the same pan. 2. Fry and drain bacon. 3. Put bacon back in pan and add creamed corn. 4. Beat eggs and pour over bacon and corn. 5. Add a dash of salt and pepper. 6. Turn several times until cooked. |
